Think Fast! A Spicy Tomato Crab Bisque

This light and spicy tomato crab bisque is one of my all-time favorite "need something gourmet at the last minute" emergency recipes. It's easy to shop for, requires very little work, and only takes about 15 minutes to make.

Of course, none of that would matter if it didn't taste good, but that's really not a problem here. If you decide to try this bisque, you're going to need a nice hunk of crusty bread to complete the experience. Enjoy!
