Whenever I hear chefs say that you can never add cheese to a pasta that contains fish, I'm forced to use the "Tuna Melt Defense" argument to support my belief that sometimes it's okay. If this combination is acceptable the local diner, then why can't we enjoy the same flavor profile in a bowl of pasta? I rest my case. Enjoy!

Tomato Tuna Penne Pasta and My "Tuna Melt Defense"
Whenever I hear chefs say that you can never add cheese to a pasta that contains fish, I'm forced to use the "Tuna Melt Defense" argument to support my belief that sometimes it's okay.
