Duh! Pickled Grilled Vegetables

As promised, here's the pickled grilled vegetables recipe I learned from Chris Lilly at Kingsford University. It's such a simple trick that I can't believe it never occurred to me before to grill vegetable for pickling.

It's things like this that force me to contemplate the possibility that I'm not as smart and creative as I think I am. Oh well, at least I have a jar of these pickled grilled vegetables in the fridge to cheer me up.
